Healthy Gingerbread Cookie Dough Dip
The best dip of your life. But really, grab a fork, spoon, pretzel, graham cracker, your finger, whatever you need to get this deliciousness to your mouth as fast as possible. No other explanation needed.
It will be perfect for your holiday party, I suggest even bringing it to the party and don’t tell anyone it is healthy and see if they would even know!
This recipe makes a lot but I kept having to add more of each in order to perfect it, so feel free to half it – I just haven’t tried it.
- 2 - 16 oz. cans of chickpeas rinsed and dried. (I took the skins off of one can for extra creaminess)
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- Place all ingredients in food processor.
- Blend until smooth, around 3-4 minutes. The longer you blend, the smoother the dip will be.
- Serve with graham crackers, cookies, pretzels, or fruit!
