– Lasagna Noodles – Chicken – Buffalo Sauce – Ricotta Cheese – Blue Cheese Dressing – Mozzarella Cheese
Cook noodles according to package, drain and rinse with cold water. Preheat oven and grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
In a large saute pan, heat oil over high heat. Once hot, add vegetables and cook. Add garlic.
In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Add in remaining vegetables. In smaller bowl, mix together cheeses.
In casserole dish, layer half the chicken mixture, noodles, half the ricotta mixture, followed by a layer of noodles. Repeat and top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake then broil for the last 4-5 minutes. Let rest before serving. Enjoy!
