Ingredients
- 2 apples, diced and frozen (I used honeycrisp)
- 1 cup greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- optional: whipped cream & cinnamon for topping
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, add ingredients in order as listed. I prefer my apples frozen, but if not add in 4-5 ice cubes.Â
- Blend until totally smooth. Add more almond milk if needed.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy! Top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.
