Ingredients
- 3lb salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (I used Bachan’s BBQ sauce)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp stone ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add fillet to baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic powder.
- Brush sauce all over fillet, coating entirely.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until flakey and cooked through. Serve with rice and veggies.
