Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural salted peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut flour OR 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, flour, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll into balls and place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil.
- When balls are done chilling, dip in white chocolate and add sprinkles.
- Store in fridge.
