Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced – about 3.5 Tbsps.
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic.
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. You may need to add more liquid depending on desired consistency.
  3. Store in the fridge.
