Peanut Butter Cup Balls
Hi friends! I am so excited to share this recipe with you guys because it is my current FAVORITE night time snack and they are out of control amazing. Like I think these might be one of my favorite ball recipes to date.
Chocolatey peanut butter cup bites aka a homemade Reese’s in a ball.
You can thank me later.
I’ve really never met anyone who doesn’t like a chocolate and peanut butter combo, especially Reese’s. I mean come on, every Halloween I was the girl who was hunting out Reese’s. Going door to door and always praying that I could find a Reese’s in the pile of candy and frowning upon the people who would hand out only Skittles and Starburst.
There is something so rich and creamy about that chocolate and peanut butter combination that I absolutely love. These little balls are made with some of the simplest ingredients that you really won’t believe they taste this good. They are grain-free, are only made with natural sugars, and are full of healthy fats.
When you make these, I recommend keeping them in the freezer or the fridge because they taste better cold. I personally keep mine in the freezer and let them thaw out for a minute before eating. I also topped them with sea salt because, why not?
