Ingredients
Salad
- 16 oz salad spring mix
- 2 pears, sliced
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 5 oz dried cranberries
- 5 oz crumbled blue cheese
Dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, add lettuce. Add sliced pears, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled blue cheese.
- Mix together all of the dressing ingredients in a glass measuring cup.
- Pour dressing overtop of salad and toss until well combined. Serve!
