Pear and Blue Cheese Walnut Salad

Dig into this fresh pear and blue cheese salad, made with chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and a mouthwatering honey mustard dressing. This salad is easy to make, ultra-flavorful, and perfect for serving.

Ingredients

Salad

  • 16 oz salad spring mix
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 5 oz dried cranberries
  • 5 oz crumbled blue cheese

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, add lettuce. Add sliced pears, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled blue cheese.
  2. Mix together all of the dressing ingredients in a glass measuring cup.
  3. Pour dressing overtop of salad and toss until well combined. Serve!
