Pumpkin Espresso Martini

Celebrate autumn with the delicious fall flavors of this Pumpkin Espresso Martini. Made with classic ingredients like vodka and Kahlua, we’re taking things up a notch by adding creamer, maple syrup, pumpkin, and more pumpkin!

Yield 2 cocktails 1x


  • 2 oz vodka
  • 3 oz kahlua
  • 3 oz espresso or strong coffee
  • 2 oz plain creamer (or vanilla for sweeter)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • topping: espresso beans + cinnamon


  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add in all ingredients in order as listed.
  3. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, in order to get a nice foam top you need to aerate it and shake it up well.
  4. Pour into two chilled glasses. Top with a dusting of cinnamon and three espresso beans.
