Ingredients
- 1 cup packed, pitted medjool dates. (If hard, soak in warm water first)
- 1/3 cup cacao (or cocoa powder)
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until ball forms and all ingredients are incorporated.
- Flatten into brownie pan or bread pan (depending on desired thickness – I used a bread pan to make them thicker)
- Add sea salt to top if desired.
- Freeze for at least 1 hours.
