Key Ingredients to make Grilled Asian Inspired Salmon With Coconut Rice
– Salmon – Dijon mustard – White rice – Coconut milk – Avocado oil
In a large bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients. Swipe up for full list and measurements! Add salmon filets to the bowl.
Preheat grill and grease with nonstick spray. Place salmon filets skin side down on grill and cook, flipping gently to cook both sides.
Add rice to sauce pan with coconut milk, water, and salt. Cover with lid and bring to boil. Once rice is cooked, fluff with fork and add lime juice.
Add salmon and coconut rice to a plate, garnish with sesame seeds, parsley and remaining marinade.
