– Broccoli – Water – Avocado oil – Onion – Ginger – Garlic – Steak
In a sauté pan or dutch oven, add broccoli and water. Steam broccoli for about 4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Remove and set aside in a bowl.
Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl. In a dutch oven, heat oil over high heat. Add onions, cook 2-3 mins. Add ginger, garlic, steak, cook 2-3 mins until outside isn't pink. Re-add broccoli, pour sauce over everything.
Combine all ingredients and cook over high heat for 4-6 mins until sauce thickens and bubbles. Stir occasionally. Turn off heat and serve. Optionally, serve over rice with sesame seeds.
