In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together oil, coconut sugar, eggs, vanilla, and almond extract.
Combine dry ingredients and stir. Cut dough into two logs, flattening into 4x8 inches loaves. If sticky, coat hands with flour or use a spatula. Space apart for oven spread.
Bake biscotti for 25 minutes, cool, slice, and bake for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate chips with oil, dip bottom in melted chocolate.
