– Cereal – Natural peanut butter – Honey – Coconut oil – Salt – Vanilla – Chocolate chips
In a large bowl, pour cereal. In a saucepan, heat peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and salt until warmed. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Pour the mixture over the cereal and mix until well coated. Press tightly into an 8x8 pan. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and freeze for at least 1 hour.
Store in the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting.
