In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla. In a medium bowl, stir together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Then, add the dry ingredients to the wet and whisk. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
While the cake cools, make the frosting. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut cream together. Once melted, stir in the vanilla.
