Key Ingredients to make Healthy Potato Salad
– Potatoes – Celery – Eggs – Greek yogurt – Apple Cider Vinegar
In a large pot, add potatoes and water. Bring to a boil Once cooked, drain potatoes and let cool.
Chop the celery, onions, and hard boiled eggs. Meanwhile whisk together all dressing ingredients. Swipe up for the list!
