Crust: – Almond flour – Coconut oil – Maple syrup – Vanilla – Salt Layers: – Chocolate chips* – Mini marshmallows – Graham crackers
Preheat oven to 375F and line an 8x4 bread pan with parchment paper. Mix almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl. Form the mixture into the bottom of the bread pan and bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
After the crust cools for at least 15 minutes, layer chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers on top. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips. Bake for 20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Let cool for 30 minutes before refrigerating for at least 1 hour. Store on the counter or in the fridge.
