Key Ingredients to make Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
– Ice cream sandwiches – Cool Whip – Caramel sauce – Symphony Bars – Mini M&Ms – Sprinkles
In a large 9x13 casserole dish, layer ice cream sandwiches on the bottom, cutting some to fit evenly. Spread 8oz of defrosted cool whip over the sandwiches and drizzle half the jar of caramel sauce.
Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches, cutting as needed, and top with the remaining cool whip, spreading it evenly.
Drizzle the rest of the caramel sauce and add Symphony Bar pieces, m&m’s, and sprinkles. Freeze for at least 2 hours, then cut and serve.
