Key Ingredients to make Nutella Stuffed Cookies
– Nutella – Butter – Brown sugar – White sugar – Egg – Vanilla extract – White flour – Baking soda – Baking powder – Salt – Chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Freeze Nutella dollops on another sheet for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, cream softened butter, brown and white sugar, add egg and vanilla. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir in chocolate chips.
Take 2 tbsp of dough, flatten, place frozen Nutella inside, wrap dough around it, and bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a cookie rack and sprinkle with sea salt.
