– Roma tomatoes – Shredded parmesan – Basil – Olive oil – Garlic
Heat saute pan. Add olive oil, and then minced garlic. Saute then remove from heat. Swipe up for cook times!
Dice tomatoes and place into large bowl. Stir in remaining olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Add salt and pepper.
Serve over a hard bread, over chicken, with crackers, or with eggs & toast!
