In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Add softened coconut oil and stir until the dough becomes very crumbly.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin, coconut sugar, and vanilla. Combine this egg mixture with the flour mixture and stir until it forms a dough-like consistency. Then, add chocolate chips and mix them in.
