Healthy Baked Brownie Oatmeal

Ingredients

Rolled oats Cocoa powder Chocolate chips Maple syrup Almond milk

Step 1

Mix oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.

Step 3

Pour into pan, sprinkle with extra chocolate chips, and bake. 

Step 4

Let cool for 10 minutes, then add optional toppings and enjoy!
