Ingredients
– Rolled oats – Cocoa powder – Chocolate chips – Maple syrup – Almond milk
Mix oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into pan, sprinkle with extra chocolate chips, and bake.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then add optional toppings and enjoy!
