Trim excess fat off chicken thighs and marinate in olive oil, lemon juice & zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Cube potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano, then bake.
Meanwhile, prepare green beans by cutting into bite-sized pieces and tossing with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
After 10 minutes, add green beans to the baking sheet with partially cooked potatoes, then nestle chicken thighs into the mixture.
Bake then broil until crispy. Serve with fresh dill, feta, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Enjoy!
