– All-Purpose Flour – Baking Soda – Salt – Cinnamon – Bananas - White Miso Paste - Eggs - Coconut Oil - Maple Syrup - Vanilla Extract - Powdered Sugar
1. Preheat oven and prepare loaf pan.
2. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk mashed bananas, miso paste, and eggs. Mix in oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir to combine.
4. Pour into greased bread loaf pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
5. While cooling, whisk together glaze ingredients. Pour over cooled loaf. Slice and enjoy!
