Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and baking soda.
  2. Add in mashed banana (I mashed in a separate bowl), peanut butter, syrup, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir until completely combined.
  4. Use a cookie scoop and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350F for 13-15 minutes.
