Banana Bread Breakfast Cookies
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and baking soda.
- Add in mashed banana (I mashed in a separate bowl), peanut butter, syrup, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Stir until completely combined.
- Use a cookie scoop and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 13-15 minutes.
