Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- optional but recommended: 1/4 tsp acacia fiber, chia seeds, or xantham gum for thickening.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender in order as listed.
- Blend until completely smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Pour into a large glass and sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
