Berry Protein Smoothie

My berry protein smoothie is filled with plant-based protein like nut butter, chia seeds, and protein powder for a filling and satisfying combination. Frozen berries give a natural sweetness, with added greens for extra nutritional power.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or a mixture)
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter - I prefer almond or mixed nut
  • 1 scoop/serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender in order as listed.
  2. Blend until completely smooth. Add more liquid if prefer a thinner consistency. Serve!
