Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or a mixture)
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp nut butter - I prefer almond or mixed nut
- 1 scoop/serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender in order as listed.
- Blend until completely smooth. Add more liquid if prefer a thinner consistency. Serve!
