Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp peanut butter + 2 tsp peanut butter (divided)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a blender, add rolled oats, cocoa powder, banana, egg, 1 tbsp peanut butter, maple syrup, baking powder, salt. Blend until well combined, scraping down sides as needed.
- Pour evenly into two greased ramekins. Add 1 tsp peanut butter to center of each dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 22 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
