Cinnamon Roll Tahini Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1-2 Tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. You may need to stop and scrap down the sides.
  3. Add about 1-2 Tbsp water if needed. Should be able to stick together when pinched.
  4. Place into pan and press down flat, about 1 inch think.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze.
  6. Keep in freezer.
