  • 2/3 cup coffee, cold
  • 68 ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds


  1. In a high speed blender, add all smoothie ingredients.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, letting run about 15-20 seconds.
  3. If it’s too thick, add more coffee or some almond milk.
  4. Serve!
