Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Then whisk in milk, almond butter, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix in mini chocolate chips.
- Let sit in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with granola, nut butter, sliced almonds, etc.
