Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork

Tonight’s dinner just got way easier! This Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork is a simple recipe that combines lots of ease and even more flavor. With 8 servings, this dish is great for a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 3lb pork shoulder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (or water)
  • serve on buns with pickles, slaw, or whatever you like!

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, add meat. Sprinkle with spices and then top with BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5-6 hours, or until pork shreds easily with fork.
  2. Take meat out and let rest for 15 minutes and then shred the meat with two forks. Add it back into the crockpot with all the juice and stir until saucy. Add more BBQ sauce if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
