Ingredients
- 24 oz canned tuna, drained
- 3 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sweet relish
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- In a large bowl, add drained tuna. Mix with fork until finely flaked.
- Add diced celery and mix, then add in mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sweet relish, and lemon juice. Then stir in salt and pepper. Use a potato masher or large fork to mix until finely shredded!
- Eat on toasted bread, on lettuce cups, on a salad, etc! Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
