2 lbs ground turkey – I prefer 85/15 blend.
3/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped fine
3/4 cup fresh basil, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. minced garlic
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 425F and line with parchment paper or foil.
