Ingredients
- (2) 5.2oz Boursin cheese wheels
- 3/4 cup salted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup fig jam
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- flakey sea salt
- crackers for dipping
Instructions
- Toast pistachios over medium heat until fragrant but not burning, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a wide based serving dish, spread two Boursin cheese wheels along the bottom. Top with fig jam and spread, then add pistachios.
- Drizzle on hot honey and top with flakey sea salt. Serve with your favorite crackers or bread.
