Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 6 inch cast iron skillet (can also use an 8×8 pan).
- In a small bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30 seconds increments in the microwave until fully melted. Set aside and let cool.
- In a large bowl, add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until mixed.
- To the chocolate, whisk two eggs and coconut sugar.
- Pour into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour into skillet and top with more chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
