Prep: 5Cook: 5Total: 10 minutes
Yield 1 coffee 1x

Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

  • 1/4 cup creamer (I like Sown brand oat milk creamer – you need a creamer with thickening agents if using dairy free, otherwise use half & half for regular)
  • .5 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Make the syrup first. Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add coconut sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, oat milk, and water. Whisk until combined.
  2. Bring to a boil, and once boiling, reduce heat to medium. Let simmer for 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. Turn off heat, stir in vanilla, and let syrup cool for 30 minutes before pouring into glass jar for storage.
  3. Make cold foam by adding all ingredients to frother or jar (if using a hand frother). Froth until very foamy.
  4. Make latte by adding 2 tablespoons of syrup to glass. Add ice and 1.5 cups coffee. Mix until well combined and then top with cold foam. Enjoy!
