- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder (about 3 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- In a high powered blender, add ingredients in order as listed.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into glass and top with granola, nuts, or more peanut butter!
