  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder (about 3 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk


  1. In a high powered blender, add ingredients in order as listed.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
