Ingredients
- 9oz pack tri-colored tortellini
- 1/3 cup pesto
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes
- 2 cups pitted green olives, preferably in oil and seasoning from an olive bar
- 4oz peppered salami
- 8oz white sharp cheddar, cubed
- Large party toothpicks
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package, but take off one minute earlier. Rinse under cold water and let cool.
- Toss tortellini gently in pesto.
- Thread once piece of tortellini, one sundried tomato, one olive, one folded piece of salami, and one cube of cheese on a toothpick. Repeat until everything is used up. Drizzle with more pesto if desired.
