Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon, about 2lbs
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon dry and liberally season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, dijon mustard, garlic cloves, and lemon juice.
- One mixed together, add crushed pistachios.
- Evenly spread crushed pistachios over the salmon, patting down onto the salmon.
- Bake for 15 minutes and broil for last 2-3 to get a brown crust. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. I like to serve with rice and vegetables!
