Pistachio Crusted Salmon

Amp up your salmon cooking with this easy and delicious Pistachio Crusted Salmon recipe. Made with only 8 ingredients, it’s a simple dish that is sure to wow guests!

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon, about 2lbs
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cup crushed pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon dry and liberally season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together honey, dijon mustard, garlic cloves, and lemon juice.
  4. One mixed together, add crushed pistachios.
  5. Evenly spread crushed pistachios over the salmon, patting down onto the salmon.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes and broil for last 2-3 to get a brown crust. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. I like to serve with rice and vegetables!
