Ingredients
- 3lb mini potatoes, sliced in half
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup), melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 cups grated parmesan (divided)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 and grease 9×13 glass casserole dish. Spread evenly 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese into bottom of casserole dish.
- Add potato halves to a large bowl. To bowl, add melted butter, minced garlic, other half cup parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
- Pour into casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes, then toss, and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
