Ingredients
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup mini chips (optional)
- Chocolate for drizzling (melted with 1 tsp coconut oil)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and prepare an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or oil.
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs, coconut sugar, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- In a separate small bowl, stir together almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until fully combined.
- Add chocolate chips if desired, saving some to sprinkle on top as well.
- Pour batter into prepared dish, sprinkle with more chocolate chips, and bake for 14-16 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before serving and store on counter or in fridge.
