  1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or oil.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate small bowl, stir together almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until fully combined.
  5. Add chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 18-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool completely before serving and store on counter or in fridge.
