Paleo Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies

The best ever healthy paleo tahini chocolate chip cookies are made completely gluten free and dairy free with almond flour. An easy low carb recipe for some of the best soft and chewy cookies you’ll ever eat!

Yield 10-12 cookies 1x



  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone liner.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together egg and coconut sugar.
  4. Mix in tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until well combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. *optional refrigerate for 30 minutes, helps prevent spreading but not necessary.
  8. Use a cookie scoop or spoon, roll dough into balls and place dough on parchment paper. It will be sticky but that’s okay! 
  9. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden brown, adding sea salt after taking out of oven.
