Apple Crumble Cheesecake

– graham cracker sheets – butter – brown sugar – cream cheese –  white sugar – 15% plain greek yogurt – vanilla – apples – lemon – cinnamon – arrowroot  – Smucker’s caramel (or homemade)

Bring the warm and cozy flavors of the season into your home with this magnificent and delicious Apple Crumble Cheesecake. 

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a springform pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper; blend graham cracker sheets in a food processor until fine crumbs, then mix with melted butter, brown sugar, and salt, press into pan and bake for 12 minutes before cooling completely and reducing oven heat to 325°F.

Prepare filling by beating cream cheese, eggs, sugar, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until smooth, then toss diced apples with lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and arrowroot, and mix flour, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon for crumble topping.

Pour cheesecake filling into cooled crust, top with apples and crumble, then bake for 30 minutes at 325°F followed by 50 minutes at 250°F.
