Key Ingredients to make Buffalo Chicken Tacos
– Chicken - Buffalo Sauce - Mozzarella - Tortillas - Onion - Carrots - Celery - Dressing
Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat and add oil. Once hot, add the onion, carrots, and celery. Add the garlic and ground chicken and cook.
Turn off the heat and drain any excess liquid. Stir in the blue cheese and buffalo sauce.
Line the tortillas on the baking sheets, and add 1/2 cup of the meat mixture to one side of each tortilla. Top that with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Place the tacos in the oven for 3 minutes, and once the cheese is melted, fold the tortillas in half and bake for 20 mins. Enjoy!
