Whisk bananas and eggs, then add oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Combine dry ingredients with wet, then add carrots, nuts, and raisins. Pour into pan and bake.
While baking, blend softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Once loaf is cooled, ice the top and enjoy!
