Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Then bake in a greased pan for 20 minutes, cool for 10 minutes, and cut into 6 squares.
Form sausage into patties and cook for 4 minutes on each side until done.
Assemble sandwiches with egg squares, sausage patties, and cheese between English muffins, wrap each sandwich individually, and store in a Ziploc bag.
When reheating, unwrap and microwave for 2-3 minutes or toast in a toaster oven at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.
