Healthy Fruit Roll Ups

Rewind to childhood with Healthy Fruit Roll Ups! This homemade rendition uses only four ingredients (fruit, honey, lemon, & vanilla) and is a simple bake-and-wait recipe.

– Fresh fruit  – Honey – Lemon juice – Vanilla

To make fruit leather, preheat the oven to 170F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Process cleaned and stemmed fruit in a food processor until smooth.

Transfer to a saucepan, add honey, lemon juice, and vanilla, then heat for 10 minutes. Pour onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.

 Bake for 4 hours until no longer sticky. Cool completely, cut into strips, and roll. Store at room temperature.
