Ingredients
– tahini – white whole wheat flour – coconut sugar – coconut oil – rolled oats
Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a small bowl, mix coconut sugar, egg, vanilla, coconut oil, and tahini. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until mixed. Add chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
Let the dough rest briefly, then scoop onto the prepared baking sheet and press chocolate chips into the tops. Bake for 9-11 minutes until slightly golden. Allow to cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
