Key Ingredients to make Hot Honey Whipped Ricotta
– Ricotta cheese – Olive oil – Butter – Sweet potato – Sage – Pomegranate arils – Hot honey
In a food processor, whip together ricotta, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour into serving bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp butter, cook sweet potatoes 5 mins. Add sage and 1 tbsp butter, cook 5 more mins. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over ricotta, add pomegranate and hot honey.
Serve with crostini, veggies, or chips!
